As summer draws to an end, the fun at Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs is just beginning! The Community Mutt Strut, a free virtual and in-person event, is coming to Pittsburgh in person on September 10th and will also be held virtually from September 7th-10th.

The virtual event will feature a nationwide dog photo contest with three categories: Best Costume, Peoples’ Choice, and Funniest Face! Be sure to enter your pup in the contest. In 2021, we had photo contest participants from almost every state!

Online and in-person participants can also bid on our incredible online auction filled with unique items such as Universal Studios packages, sporting events including Pittsburgh Steelers Tickets, a Black Rifle Coffee gift basket, a Fender Guitar system, and much more!

If you are in the Pittsburgh area, join us for the Mutt Strut in-person at Frick Park on Saturday, September 10th. There will be a pet parade and costume contest, as well as food, vendors, music, and more to enjoy!

After two years of only hosting the event virtually, Guardian Angles Medical Service Dogs is excited to partner with PNC to bring the event back to Pittsburgh in person! This fun and exciting event is great for participants of all ages. We invite everyone to be a part of the event either virtually or in person if you are in the Pittsburgh area!
