Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs Inc. trains service dogs to mitigate the challenges of several conditions, including Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS); Military Sexual Trauma (MST); Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI); seizure and diabetic disorders, balance and mobility issues, and some hearing impairments.
We have a comprehensive and thorough application process to qualify our recipients. This form is the first step in qualifying for our program. Note: Those who are eligible for a service dog will need to travel to Williston FL to be paired with your dog.
