Dawn Jordan National Development Director

Dawn Jordan is the National Development Director for Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs, where she leads the organization’s fundraising and strategic marketing efforts.

Dawn joined Guardian Angels as a volunteer in 2018, inspired by her family members who have served in the military and as first responders. She became part of the organization’s leadership team in 2024. Prior to her work with Guardian Angels, Dawn spent nearly 15 years in the defense industry, leading development and strategy initiatives. She previously also led customer retention and customer experience functions at Bank of America.

Dawn is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and an active therapy dog volunteer. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and a professional certification in Business Analytics from Harvard. Additionally, she is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
