Life Changing Service Dogs for Veterans is an incredible partner in the Pittsburgh region, founded by Tony Accamando. Their fundraising efforts have changed the lives of many veterans in the Pittsburgh area and beyond.
From their website: “At Life Changing Service Dogs For Veterans, we are driven by a single goal; provide medical service dogs to veterans who suffer from visible and invisible disabilities such as, Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and/or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTS). We are an initiative in support of Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs, Inc.”

Wanted to make a difference in the lives of Michigan Veterans. In 2016, they partnered with Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs, and created their 5 Years, 5 Dogs, 5 Lives Saved program; committing to sponsoring 5 individually trained medical service dogs to assist Michigan veterans struggling with disabilities such as: PTSD, TBI, Seizure Disorders or mobility issues.
Through their amazing efforts, 2 Service Dogs have already been paired with Michigan Veterans, and 3 more are currently in training.
Armstrong One Wire took up the goal to raise enough funds to pair six Service Dogs with deserving recipients. They did this through ads on their network, individual fundraising events and even coming all the way to Florida to gather images of our facility and our dogs!
Guardian Angels is proud to be partnered with and honored to be recipients of the Yellow Ribbon Fund Michigan golf event since 2015.

Guardian Angels is proud to be partnered with Veterans Support Foundation since 2015.
Established in 1991, Veterans Support Foundation was founded by and for veterans. We are committed to serving the unaddressed needs of today’s veterans and their families. VSF serves veterans of all services, conflicts, and eras.
To date, VSF has sponsored four future Service Dogs, currently in-training.
